Shipping Method and Policy
Master Sales LLC and CocoNara online website uses two methods of shipping. Depeding on your order size and
customer destination order will be either shipped by USPS (United States Postal Service) or UPS (United Parcel Service). Orders will be processed during normal business
hours of 9am to 5pm EST Monday through Friday except on holidays. All orders are shipped from Gaithersburg, MD. You will be charged for the order the same day it is placed.
Most orders will be shipped withing 24 hours to 48 hours after the order is placed. Delivery times vary on customer location. Delivery times should take between 3 business
days and 8 business days from the time the order ships from our facility. Most orders will have a tracking number emailed to the customer once the item has shipped. Some small
orders might ship via USPS First-Class Package Service and hence will not have a tracking number emailed to the customer.
Conflict Resolution
We are committed to resolving disputes within 24-48 hours. If problems arise, users may contact us by email at
support@coco-nara.us.

When you visit CocoNara or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by

Master Sales LLC attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, Master Sales LLC do not warrant that product descriptions or other

remedy is to return it in unused condition.
Pricing
Except where noted otherwise, the List Price displayed for products on our website represents the full retail price listed on the product itself, suggested by the manufacturer or supplier,

price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
Please note that this policy applies only to products sold and shipped by Master Sales LLC. Your purchases from third-party sellers using CocoNara
Online are charged at the time you place your order, and third-party sellers may follow different policies in the event of a mispriced item.
Refund/Cancellation Policy
Master Sales LLC wants you to be 100% satisfied with your order. You may return all unused (sealed in original packaging) items purchased at coco-nara.us
within 30 days of the original delivery for a 100% refund (less shipping costs). Items (including freebies) left out of the returned package will be deducted from the refund at full retail
value. Please be sure to carefully read the instructions below on how to return/exchange an item. We will replace or exchange defective or broken items free of charge within the limitations
of the 30 day time period and the unused condition of the returned items. For returns/exchanges other than broken or defective items, the customer maintains responsibility for the
return shipping amount. All returns must be returned with an approved RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and are thoroughly inspected once we receive them before a credit is issued.
How to Return/Exchange an Item?
All returns/exchanges require an approved RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please contact us by email or by phone to request an RMA. You will receive an email within 24-48
hours with detailed return instructions. please allow 2-3 weeks for a returned item to be credited back to your account. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive
your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process
our refund request (3 to 5 business days). In many cases, you will receive a refund much quicker. We’ll notify you via e-mail once your refund has been processed. Feel free to contact
us regarding the status of your return.
